🥰🧐
I believe that movement is more than just a series of steps—it is a conversation between your body and your spirit. With 10 years of experience in Ballroom, Latin, Country, Swing, and More, my approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to move with confidence and ease.
My coaching style is a blend of meticulous technical observation and empathetic encouragement. I don’t just look at where your feet are; I look at how you breathe 🫁 , how you carry your energy, and how you connect with the 🎶 music. My mission is to create a private space where you feel 👀 seen, supported, and inspired to reach your fullest potential.
Whether we are refining a delicate line or building the strength for a powerful 💪 movement, I am here to be your partner in growth, 🍾 celebrating every breakthrough—no matter how small. 🤏
Let’s Begin
I invite you to step away from the noise of the world and find your center on the dance floor as I have. 🕺

Preparing for Your Journey
✔️📋 To ensure you get the most out of our time together, please bring these few essentials to help you feel grounded and prepared:
* Movement-Friendly Attire: Wear something that makes you feel beautiful and allows for a full range of motion. Soft, breathable fabrics that allow me to see your alignment are ideal.
* The Right Footwear: Depending on your style, please bring your preferred dance shoes (ballet slippers, ballroom heels, or jazz shoes). If we are working on contemporary or fluid movement, clean socks or bare feet are also wonderful.
* Hydration: A bottle of water to nourish your body throughout our session.
* A Curious Mind: Bring your goals, your favorite song, or even a specific movement that has been challenging you. This is your safe space to explore.
* A Small Notebook: (optional) Many students find it helpful to jot down "aha!" moments or specific cues at the end of our session to carry the practice home.
A Note on Arrival 🚗
I encourage you to arrive 5–10 minutes early. This allows you a few quiet moments to breathe, stretch, and leave the outside world behind before we begin our work together.
Common Questions 🤔 🤗
I haven’t danced in years (or ever). Is this for me?
Absolutely. This session is a sanctuary for all levels. Whether you are returning to a childhood passion or stepping onto the floor for the first time, my coaching is adapted to meet you exactly where you are today.
What if I feel nervous or self-conscious?
It is completely natural to feel a flutter of nerves. Please know that this is a private, judgment-free space. My goal is to support you, not just as a dancer, but as a person. We will move at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you.
Can I choose the music for our session?
Yes, I encourage it! If there is a piece of music that speaks to your heart, please let me know in advance. Alternatively, I am happy to select a piece that complements the mood and technical focus of our lesson.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens. To honor the preparation that goes into your session, I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the time slot to another student on the waiting list. Fee required for last minute cancellations.
Do I need a partner?
Not at all. These sessions are designed as a 1-on-1 deep dive into your personal movement, technique, and expression. If you are looking for partner-specific coaching, please reach out so we can discuss a custom session.
Is one session enough to see progress?
You will be surprised at how much we can uncover in 60 minutes. While dance is a lifelong journey, a single session of dedicated, private attention often leads to immediate "lightbulb" moments in your posture, confidence, and connection to the music.
Is the price per person?
No. I host other events like line dancing that are per person sometimes. Packages are priced for my time. You are welcome to keep it private or invite guest(s) to split the costs.
