This is a single, 90 minute session where you can share what you're working on and get informal feedback -- no written report like in a more formal consulting engagement -- on what actions you might take from your current position.
This is a paid session where you will get an honest assessment, including:
- Initial impressions of what has been presented
- Confirmation of your desired outcomes to make sure we're on the same page
- Discussion of your ideas with a sounding board / advocate
- Suggestions of what you can do for yourself to help to create those outcomes
- Suggestions of what you might hire someone else for, including intros if appropriate
- Ways to reframe your thinking
- Ways to measure your progress
- (Possibly) Introductions to others who may be useful in your journey
Since it doesn't require the usual scoping and quoting, this "one shot" option is the simplest and fastest way to get quick turnaround when you need a review on your pitch, an opinion on a challenge you're facing, or input on a deal you're trying to make.
