📆 Attending: We use Discord to communicate. If you are not a member you will get an invite link after booking. On your meeting day and time join the server and enter the "coaching session" audio channel.

❌ Cancellations or emergencies? If you need to cancel or reschedule you can do it directly from your email or booking page. If you can't find it, just email us through the website, or contact us on Discord. If I have an emergency, I will email you.
