I’m Susan Murray, a Therapeutic Coach & Bowen Therapist.

Through my coaching, I have been helping people to recover from M.E./CFS, Fibromyalgia, IBS, other autoimmune conditions and Anxiety since 2016.

Where most therapies and treatments for these issues/conditions focus on “symptom management” (attempts to mask symptoms through medication or bring slight or temporary relief through manual therapies or approaches like CBT), my Mind Body AlignTM Approach gets right to the root cause (something generally systematically ignored by most doctors and “specialists”) and deals with it.

Learning how to do this puts you back in control by giving you the understanding of what is causing symptoms and what you can do – at a practical level – to reverse and prevent them.

I qualified and worked as a Mickel Therapy Practitioner for several years before adding Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) and Transformational Life Coaching to my toolkit, which has allowed me to develop my own approach and work with clients in a unique and long-lasting way.

I cared for my mum as she suffered, greatly, with M.E./CFS, Fibromyalgia and a long list of accompanying symptoms and conditions so I have a level of empathy, understanding and passion for helping that you’d be pushed to find from GPs, specialists or other well-meaning but under-qualified therapists.

It wasn't until after I lost my mum that I discovered she needn’t have suffered – that there was a way out – and so I have made it a mission of mine to help as many people as possible avoid the same level of suffering and fate.

I offer 1-1 Therapeutic Coaching* as well as a Self-Paced, Online Recovery Programme. 

I also offer Bowen Therapy in Auchterarder, Scotland.
