The booking fee for a 1-hour consultation with Lewis Critchley is non-refundable. The consultation will occur at the scheduled time, lasting for 60 minutes. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the meeting, and no rescheduling is permitted within 48 hours of the booked meeting. Attendance or non-attendance does not affect the obligation to pay the booking fee.
