Kinesiology
A session for creating positive change, reducing pain, clarifying thoughts and feelings, and bring out your awesome.
This can be attended in person at the studio in Hervey Bay, or via video conference anywhere in the world!
Kinesi-Massage
This session must be in person at the clinic at 54 Torquay Rd Pialba Hervey Bay.
Susan blends a unique mix of massage techniques with over 20 years of kinesiology magic. Sore muscles and pain melt away, leaving you relaxed, clear and ready for the next part of your day.
Appointment times are:
Tuesdays 9 am - 4.30 pm
Wednesdays 9 am - 6.30 pm
Saturdays 9am - 3 pm
Yoga Nidra - Massage special
Imagine pairing Yoga Nidra with kinesiology and relaxation massage. The practice of Yoga Nidra is a key to unlocking mental clarity, bolstering emotional resilience, and gifting yourself with restful sleep. It's rejuvenation and inner peace, all rolled into one. It hones in your mind-body awareness, everything suddenly relaxes and becomes clear.
Term 1 Yoga Nidra special:
3 x 30 min sessions for $150 or book a single session for $75

Workplace Wellness Package
Workplace Wellness Package
Create peace and calm in the office by learning stress reduction skills. Reduce repetitive strain injuries and office fatigue with our unique blend of massage and kinesiology.
As we prefer to allow each participant to receive at least 20 min of training or therapy, the maximum number of participants per hour is 3.
Please ask your staff to remove their shoes and make themselves comfy in our waiting room 5 min before their allotted time.
Foot Reset special
Whether you are a marathon runner, avid dog walker or gentle beach stroller, your feet are carrying you around. The bones in your feet can become misaligned from your natural standing posture, injury or non-supportive shoes. Knee and hip pain can sometimes be caused by problems in the feet.
Start the year off on the right foot !
The Foot Reset session incorporates kinesiology, foot joint mobilisation and massage to release stuck joints and activate essential muscles and tendons. Learn how to strengthen and lengthen the arches in your feet for greater stability and balance.

Yoga Personal Practice sessions
Yoga Practice Session at Yoga Space@54 Torquay Road
90 min informal session.
Share the space with a lovely informal group who are happy to offer encouragement or leave you to your own devices. Take the time for yourself - no interruptions from the kids, cat or the dog!
All the equipment you need at your finger tips - mats, cushions, chairs, blankets, blocks, belts, bolsters etc. Beautiful calm space, always the perfect temperature.
Practise your favourite poses and work on the tricky ones.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a link to pay via Square.

Supervised Student Clinic
Supervised Student Clinic provides a safe and supportive environment for you to experience kinesiology at an affordable rate. Our students have been working with clients over the last six months and they are getting amazing results! The current fee for a session at student clinic is $20
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a link to pay via Square - our preferred payment method.

Students are supervised by Susan in our Kinesiology Schools Australia Hervey Bay campus training room. Upon completion of your booking you will receive via email, a 'Client History' form so the student can tailor the session to your needs.
