BOOK A SESSION WITH ME
Art Therapy* · Tapping · Breathwork · Intuitive Coaching
Choose one practice or weave together a combination, at a pace that honors where you are and what feels sustainable for you.
I offer personalized, one-on-one sessions rooted in inner knowing, reflection, empowerment, and presence. Whether you're moving through something heavy, seeking clarity, or simply craving space to breathe and be witnessed, these sessions are for you.
You are whole, not a problem to be fixed. Our work together creates space to reconnect with and deepen your relationship to the wisdom, creativity, and resilience you already carry.
I am a community-based, board-certified art therapist®, certified somatic breathwork practitioner, certified EFT/Tapping facilitator, and intuitive coach. My work lives at the intersection of womanism, ancestral wisdom, embodiment, and collective care, informed by healing, restorative, and reproductive justice. Above all, I am a woman deeply committed to our collective healing and liberation.
In this work, community begins with coming back to yourself. What you tend to here ripples outward, into your relationships, your communities, and the world you move through every day.
This is holistic wellness and healing-centered work and does not replace care from a licensed mental health practitioner or medical provider.

*A Note on Art Therapy:
Clinical and Non-Clinical Approaches
Art therapy is a mental health profession grounded in graduate-level education, specialized training, and supervised clinical experience. Its application varies depending on the setting, purpose, and participants' needs. In this offering, art therapy is practiced through a non-clinical, expressive arts facilitation approach. Creative processes, materials, and media invite participants to explore emotions, experiences, and possibilities in a supportive space that encourages self-expression, personal growth, connection, well-being, and self-discovery. The focus is on creative exploration rather than clinical assessment, diagnosis, or individualized treatment. This non-clinical offering is not a substitute for mental health care or services provided by a licensed mental health professional or other qualified healthcare practitioner.
