George has been flying since he was 1½ years old and has spent his career helping others discover the freedom, challenge, and adventure of aviation.

As founder of AeroVenture — twice named AOPA's Best Flight School in the Nation — and an award-winning educator, he has trained hundreds of students while helping shape aviation education nationally through his work with the National Association of Flight Instructors, the FAA, and universities.
