Please note: There are stairs leading up to the treatment room. If you have mobility challenges, please consider booking a distance Reiki session for your comfort and convenience.
All clients will be asked to complete an intake form prior to their session. Clients 16 and under must have the signed permission of a parent or guardian.

Complete In Person Reiki Session - 75 mins approx
A ‘Complete’ Reiki session held in our peaceful treatment room in Purley, designed to bring deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
You’ll receive 45–50 minutes of full-body Reiki, covering both the front and back of the body to support chakra balancing, energy flow, and overall wellbeing.
Please allow approximately 75 minutes in total for your session, with time at the beginning to check in, and space at the end to share any reflections or feedback.
You’re also welcome to choose an Oracle card at the end of your session for gentle guidance and inspiration.
Clients remain fully clothed at all times and can choose to receive treatments either sitting or lying down.
Pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort.

This 'Complete' Reiki healing package includes 3 x Complete in person Reiki sessions.
Three 'Complete' 1:1 in person Reiki sessions at our treatment room in Purley (allow approx. 75 minutes for each session).
A ‘Complete’ Reiki session is designed to bring deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
As part of a Complete Reiki session, you’ll receive 45–50 minutes of full-body Reiki, covering both the front and back of the body to support chakra balancing, energy flow, and overall wellbeing.
Please allow approximately 75 minutes in total for each session, with time at the beginning to check in, and space at the end to share any reflections or feedback.
You’re also welcome to choose an Oracle card at the end of your session for gentle guidance and inspiration.
Regular Reiki sessions can support mental, emotional and spiritual health and encourage the body's natural healing abilities.
Clients remain fully clothed at all times and can choose to receive treatments either sitting or lying down.
Pillows and blankets are provided for your comfort.

Perfect if you are unable to attend an in person session for any reason.

Distance reiki is when the practitioner and client are in two different locations.
We agree a time when you can sit or lie down relaxed and undisturbed, perhaps at home while you sleep.
I will let you know when I am about to start the session and will send Reiki to you (as I would for a face-to-face treatment).
Feedback is shared after the session by text message or phone call.
Distance Reiki is wonderful for those who are unable to attend an in person session for any reason (due to mobility challenges or illness or because they are a caregiver for example) or who simply prefer the convenience of receiving treatment in their own home.
Distance Reiki is also a perfect solution for children/ teens as, with their caregiver's permission, the Reiki session can be conducted while they are comfortably asleep in their own bed.
