Hello, I’m Lisa, a fully trained Aromatherapy Massage Therapist with a genuine passion for wellness, relaxation, and the incredible way the human body responds to everyday life.

I have always had a great interest in the human body and in understanding how daily stresses, busy lifestyles and tension can affect how we feel both physically and mentally. This passion inspired me to create a space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and simply take a moment for yourself.

My treatment space has been created as a place to switch off from the outside world, slow down and breathe. From the calming aromas to the soothing massage techniques, every detail is designed to encourage relaxation, wellbeing and a sense of calm.
