What does Initial Consultation Covers?
The purpose of the initial consultation is for the RCIC
- to learn about you and your immigration needs based on the information you provide
- to answer your questions to the best of our ability
- to identify your options and to the extent possible, analyse the costs and benefits of those alternatives
- to help you determine your course of action, if any;
- to discuss our fees and terms of representation if a consultant-client relationship is to be established after the meeting; and (f) to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate.
Legal Terms
This Initial Consultation Agreement is between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Sujit Paudyal (the “RCIC”), Membership Number R533123 and Client for the purpose of Immigration Consultation.
The fees is HST inclusive.
Please Note: If the Client decide to choose the full service within two weeks from initial consultation and plan to retain the RCIC, the initial consultation fees will be deducted from the original price of the service.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province/Territory of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please be advised that Sujit Paudyal is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
