Consultations are made through videoconference via Google Meet (duration 45 minutes). Telephone consultations are also possible (we do not make international calls), and can be made through the whatsapp application once the consultation has been booked and paid for.

Cancellations with refund of the amount paid can be made within 48 hours of the event, counting working days. In the event that the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, the amount paid will not be refunded. Working days are understood to be from Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays not counting.

It is possible to reschedule the event 48 hours prior to the event at no cost.
