This class is designed to help students learn their multiplication facts through practice and understanding. This Multiplication Fluency Class is for the 3rd-grade level.
These sessions will be via Zoom for 70 Minutes with Math Teacher/Tutor Ms.Takia.
After you have booked, you will receive the Zoom invite in your email along with a very detailed description of the curriculum flow per session, a link for the specific workbook which costs $4.99, and the 2 needed video links for homework.
In Sessions 1-11- Ms. Takia will discuss multiplication facts 0 and 10.
She will demonstrate how to use flashcards during sessions 1 and 2.
She will remind the students to watch and repeat the assigned video for 0 and 10.
Session 12- This will be the assessment session.
Needed Material for Class-
1. Good Wi-Fi 2. Mic, 3. Speaker
4. Multiplication Practice Workbook
5. Flashcards 6. Spiral Notebook, and 7. YouTube Video links.
This will be a very engaging class with a teacher and 5 students.
During each session, the teacher will discuss problems for various fact tables. The students will be asked to repeat those multiplication facts. The students will also write each problem down in his or her spiral notebook.
For Homework,
1) The students will practice the facts with flashcards for 10 minutes each day.
2) The students will watch and repeat the assigned video for the previous class.
3) The students will complete the portion in the workbook that corresponds to the previous multiplication facts.
You must select July 11th to receive all 12 of the following Tuesdays/Thursdays sessions 7/11, 7/13, 7/18, 7/20, 7/25, 7/27, 8/1, 8/3, 8/8, 8/10, 8/15, and 8/17. Thanks!
