This package is for those that booked here already and includes one session per week.
To make the most of your healing journey, I recommend scheduling all your weekly sessions upfront. While each session must be booked individually, you can schedule them for the entire month (or 3 months) ahead to ensure consistency in your healing process.

Energy healing is a supportive and complementary practice designed to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being.

The United States of America currently has no licensing policy regarding energy healing, and Kathleen (Katie) O’Connell is not a licensed medical doctor or therapist.
Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being and are encouraged to seek advice from a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns.
What to Expect During a Session
Our work is intuitive, focusing on areas where energy feels stagnant, deficient, or unbalanced. Clients may experience sensations such as warmth, coolness, shivers, relaxation, or emotional release. You may also feel nothing at all, which is equally normal.
Responses to energy healing can vary and may occur immediately or unfold gradually over time. Each experience is unique and reflects your personal energy journey—there’s no right or wrong way to respond.
Energy healing often has a cumulative effect, so regular sessions can support greater well-being over time. At the end of your session, we’ll check in to discuss any experiences or insights that came up.
