I want to ensure that the services provided are exactly what your situation needs! The initial intake strategy session will be held once the intake form is completed, usually taking clients 5-10 minutes. The purpose of the intake form is to provide me with a few details so that once we meet we can be solutions-focused during that whole 15 minutes.

What to expect:

1) Choose the day and time that works for you in my booking schedule for our solutions-focused 15 minutes.

2) Receive a confirmation email with a brief 5-10 minute intake form to be completed at least 24 hours before our session for the session to be FREE OF CHARGE. If it is completed within 24 hours of our meeting time you may choose to book a later time OR pay the session fee of $25 for 15 minutes.

3) Attend your strategy session time and get actionable advice right then!

4) Following the session, you will be asked for feedback on your experience so we can continue helping kids

5) If you would like to purchase more resources or longer-term services for even more results you will have an opportunity to do so, but are not obligated even with the free strategy session.

Finally, an instructional coach that can make time to meet with you during your planning period! Coach Stephanie also has experience teaching YOUR grade level and math content.

if you would like to start our 30 minutes according to a more convenient time for your school schedule (example: 9:55 instead of 10) Coach Stephanie may be able to accommodate and write that in your initial Intake survey form!

Payment is due at the time of service. You will need to confirm your day and time a week prior to the session to keep your spot or it may go to the next on the waiting list. Online and in-person tutoring are available. You will be asked to specify which one you are choosing.
