Family constellations help to identify intergenerational trauma, shift family patterns, nourish attachment needs and ultimately bring healing and wholeness.
A systemic constellation can work with any system - be it your internal voices and selves (like IFS), your relationship to nature, to your pets, to your work or any other area of life. A systemic constellation brings healing and clarity. Often we will do a combination of both.
It is private (1:1) and will be 50 minutes.
Constellations with Alisha rely often on somatic cues, and we will also work to enhance your sense of embodiment.
Please arrive with 10-12 small objects for your constellation. They do not have to have significance (can be stones, cups, etc). I will need to see your objects on a flat surface through the video.
