Personal Barefoot Running Lesson

Sometimes it's just easier to get all the answers one on one. In our personal barefoot running session, we will go over and practice all the necessary elements of running barefoot over long distances.


Also included is a slow motion video assessment of your current form, which will be compared to a second assessment at a later date of the attendee's choosing.

Personal Postural Assessment Session

In this meeting we will examine many of the major ranges of motion that are necessary for healthy joints and continued strengthening programs. After examining what degrees of motion the attendee has, we will address any discrepancies with targeted exercises.


To track progress, all the ranges of motion that are recorded in the first session will be compared in a second session of the attendees choosing, no sooner than a month from the initial assessment.
