The appraiser will arrive within 1 hour of the appointment time.
Example: If the appointment time is 1 pm. The appraiser will arrive between 1-2 pm.
ON THE WEEKEND: The appraiser will arrive within a 2 hour window.
If the property is on Supra - The appraiser will arrive sometime on the appointment day. a CBS code is not required.

*The appraiser will need access to all rooms, garages, closets, attics, basements, sheds, outhouses/barns, and crawlspaces are accessible.
*Please test all Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors. Change batteries if needed. Remove any Non-working devices.
*Please make sure all utilities are on for FHA appraisal inspections.
* Please cage all pets & animals.
Please add in the additional information section:
- Any significant work has been done or is in progress
-If the community is gated or if there is access information the Appraiser needs (condos especially)
-Are there any site improvements (pool, barn, additional detached garage, etc.)
-If the subject is on a basement – has the basement been finished? bedrooms, baths? and approx date of finish?
