Two Dates available: Nov 23 and Dec 21 2024
This is an interactive, hands-on and in-person 3 hour class on the intricate and dynamic relationship between Posture and the fascia, nerves, muscles and movements that build a sturdy and healthy body, as well as the ones that can lead to joint irritation, mobility issues and negative stress or nervous system responses.
Learn how our Universal Human Anatomy adapts to your Individual Human Structure and how that unique structure shapes and creates the way that each one of us experiences and interacts with the world around us.
In this class, we will use Bodyreading and Spiral Movement Concepts to take an in-depth look at every attendee's posture, stance, stature and more, in a better effort to understand and visualize the Anatomy of Function that can lead to more comfort and longevity in the body.
This entry-level class is for everyone and anyone interested in learning more about the basic anatomy of movement, and anyone willing to be observed and observe others as a way to learn and better understand your own Spatial Health. You will gain a better understanding of the complexities of fascia and movement, and this will help you to create a better impression on the world through a more comfortable, effective and clear posture that you can carry with you far beyond this class.
The class is located in Downtown Springfield above the Washburne cafe. There are plenty of places right downstairs for coffee before hand or lunch afterwards!
