Server migrations and PostgreSQL updates tend to take between 1 and 4 hours to complete. The time it takes to complete a migration or update depends on the speed of the hardware, the size of the database, and the amount of time it takes to backup/restore the database.

Please choose a date and time option where staff can remain logged out of Theatre Manager and the ticketing site can be offline.

Note: Most migrations and updates are completed within 1 to 2 hours.
