- You are encouraged to schedule all three sessions now, but you must book at least your first session to get started.
- For best results, we recommend scheduling once a week or once every two weeks on the same day and time for consistency.

- After booking your sessions, you will be taken to the checkout page to prepay for your New Client Package.
