Sessions last 50 minutes. Clients are encouraged to find a quiet space to rest during their session, however, you can also be going about your day while on the call. Don't have the time to be on a call? These sessions can be done without you being present. A summary will be sent to you at the end of a session so you can see what came up and out.
While these sessions have been equated to years of therapy, there is no "talking about your feelings" happening here. Simply share the struggle you are having, then lay back and relax as Aubrey facilitates a session you won't forget.

Consultation
This is scheduling for the Flagstaff location only.
During our 120 minute consultation, we will cover all of your paperwork (to be filled out prior to and returned at least 24 hours before this consultation), talk about your chief complaints, your lifestyle, your goals for working together, what your health and life aspirations are, and the challenges you've had along the way.
The goal of this initial meeting is to get as comprehensive of an understanding that your paperwork + 120 minutes allows for. At this time, any necessary lab work orders will be created and you will be introduced to the foundational phase of working together - Nervous System Regulation.
Comprehensive Consultations include a body scan and a therapeutic modality.

Auricular Therapy
This is scheduling for the Flagstaff location only.
Whether you are looking to improve your physical, mental or emotional health, auricular therapy (needle-free electrostimulation acupuncture of the ear) can help to reduce the severity of symptoms by helping the body rebalance itself. The electrostimulation to the ear communicates with the brain to send a message to the different parts of the body to help them re-establish harmony.
The length of time you have been suffering with symptoms will dictate how frequently you should receive auricular therapy. For most people, for each year you've had a symptom.
