We offer certain consultations at no cost, while others incur an hourly fee. The choice to charge for a consultation or provide it without cost is influenced by the complexity of the client's requirements and the perceived value of expertise.
Kindly be aware that a nominal fee will be required to secure a consultation time, and it may be reimbursed on circumstances under which we offer a complimentary consultation to prevent any misuse of the booking system.
Payment will be processed through PayPal, and any refunds will also be processed using PayPal.
Circumstances under which we offer a complimentary consultation:
- Initial Inquiry, in the early stages of discussions, when clients are exploring options and presenting a general overview of their needs, we are dedicated to understanding their requirements as a goodwill gesture, before initiating discussions on charges or fees.
- In the phase where a formal quotation for services is presented. This is typically viewed as a distinct step from the initial consultation and may be provided without extra charges.
- Client Referrals, if the consultation arises from a referral or a current client endorsing our services, there could be greater flexibility in considering a fee for the initial consultation.
Circumstances under which we implement a fee:
- Specialized Expertise, if the consultation requires highly specialized knowledge or expertise beyond general advice and involves in-depth analysis or strategic planning.
- Detailed Needs Assessment, if the consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of the client's IT infrastructure, identifying challenges, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Extended Duration, if the consultation is expected to be lengthy, involves multiple sessions, or requires a significant time investment on our part.
- Training or Education, if the consultation includes training sessions or educational components where we impart specific skills or knowledge to the client.
- Prototype or Proof of Concept, if the client requires the development of a prototype or a proof of concept as part of the consultation process.
- Implementation Planning, if the consultation extends to detailed planning for implementing IT solutions within the client's organization.
