Cancellation, Reschedule and Package Policy
- All packages are valid for a 90-day period from the date of purchase. Any remaining lessons within a package not scheduled or completed within the 90-day period will be forfeited.
- For any personal leave or sick leave, it is your responsibility to cancel the class 12 hours prior to the session starting.
- With 12 hours or less notice, unfortunately, your session cannot be refunded, cancelled or rescheduled.
- If you do not show up within 15 minutes after the start of the class, I will consider you absent from class, and there is no refund, cancellation or reschedule available.
