Soul Integration Sessions are timeless, however length is determined by your angels and guides as I work until the energy is complete which is typically 60-90 minutes (seriously, if I leave any energetic crumbs they bother me until I call them back and finish the work... so it MUST be finished)!

I drop us into a deep meditation with your prayers and intentions for the session and I work with your soul's Direct Connection to God/Universe/Source to integrate soul lessons, heal layers of the spirit, anchor and embody higher soul aspects into the body, and activate your soul's gifts. This has and does result in physical healing when that's in alignment, and I work to solve for this alignment on your behalf as much as possible.

30 Min Breakthrough sessions are for massive upgrades in any topic (or two) of your choosing. In 30 minutes we can dive deep into subconscious patterning, reprogramming, and permanently shifting the lenses of perception that keep you stuck in limitation. We always dive deeper and fly higher than the original destination you had in mind.

I don’t typically work with time, 45-90 minutes is standard range to complete the energy of whatever you’re working to alchemize into GOLD. 💛
