We have multiple appointment options to assist you with all of your IT needs. Due to staffing we are not currently accepting walk-ins. Appointment is required for service.
In Store Service
Bring your computer by our store for assistance. You can either drop off your computer during walk in hours or schedule an appointment for one on one immediate help.
Service Calls
We will come to your home or business to assist you with your IT needs. Save time and frustration by having us come to you.
Remote Support
Remote Services are available at reduced rates. If your computer can still access the internet we can typical help you solve issues without traveling saving you time and money.
Phone Consultation
If you just need some advice or aren't exactly sure what you need schedule some time to talk today. Appointments are suggested so we can provide you with our undivided attention.
Note that any work performed will be billed at our remote service rate. $80/hour in 15 minutes increments. $20 minimum.

Pick Up/Drop Off Technician questions
This meeting type is meant for pickup/drop off of computers with quick questions for technician. Will have no more than 15-30 minutes on this meeting type. If need more in depth service/questions please book another appointment type.
Walk-Ins Drop Off/Pickups are welcome any time during business hours. Cannot guarantee meeting with technician without an appointment.

In Shop Consultation
Visit us at our shop in Granite Quarry, NC for a consultation. Please bring your computers/device's power cord.
Appointments are suggested so we can provide you with our undivided attention.

Remote Support
If you computer can access the internet we can most likely assist you with remote desktop software. Remote sessions are recorded for protection of both parties. If something can't be fixed remotely we offer in store service and will also come to you.
Remote service is available for $80/hour in 15 minute increments. Minimum charge $20.
On-Site Consultation
Just have questions and need advice on IT solutions? We offer consultation services at your location. This is a great option for business owners unsure of what assistance they need, and for churches or organizations who need IT or AV help.

On-Site Service Call
Need assistance on-site? We will come to you to solve your technical problems. This is a fast and efficient way for us to work on your hardware without you having to unplug or carry heavy equipment from your home or business to our shop.
Our rate for this service is $120 for the first hour, $100 for additional hours. $120 minimum. This rate is applicable for local only up to 10 miles/15 minutes from Baxter Consultants offices in Granite Quarry. We will happily travel at an adjusted initial rate.
