30 minutes is a short guided meditation to help you relax and unwind.

60 minutes for an immersive and relaxed session of guided meditation with sound therapy.

90 minutes if you would like to incorporate a crystal chakra balancing layout while I guide you through a relaxing Yoga Nidra session supported with sound therapy.

You will need a good internet connection and have Zoom preinstalled on your computer or device.

A set of good headphones or a good speaker will enhance your experience.

Please consider the following terms before confirming your booking.

If you cancel the booking with less than 24 hours notice, there is no refund.

If you cancel with 24-48 hours notice there is a 50% refund excluding any fees involved.

If you provide me with more than 48 hours notice for a cancellation I will refund or reschedule your appointment for you. Refunds will be excluding any processing fees involved.
