Welcome to Be Fit South Shore and your first Thrive Jump Start session.
For this first session, we will have a 10-minute conversation about your fitness journey and then get you started with your first workout experience with us.
This first training session will last 30 minutes, including the warm-up and cool-down. We will assign you a trainer or workout buddy to support you throughout the workout. This will ensure that all your questions are answered, that you have fun, and that you get a great workout.
Bring comfortable clothes for your workout, clean indoor shoes, water, and a positive attitude.
The drop-in rate for boot camp is $30; this session is included with your Thrive Jump Start Purchase.
