Before booking, please consider whether you’re ready to place a deposit on your reservation within 3-5 business days of receiving a proposal, should you wish to move forward with my services.
During this consultation, we will:
- Discuss your travel vision in detail, and I’ll explain how I will handle every aspect of your trip—from bookings to curated local experiences.
- Review my nonrefundable Concierge Care fee, which covers research, planning, and the high-touch service I provide to ensure a seamless vacation.
- Talk through how I’ll manage your bookings and ensure your trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
Consultations typically take 45-60 minutes, and after our Zoom call, I’ll send you a follow-up email detailing everything we discussed. You'll have the option to hire me at that time if you wish to move forward, with the understanding that a deposit will be required within 3-5 days of receiving your proposal.
