When we learn to engage with the breath in the way our bodies were built to - we access the body’s innate intelligence to heal. Among the many benefits of breathwork is reduced anxiety and depression, and improved vitality, joy, digestion and immune system.
Yoga Nidra (with Healing Soundscapes)
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique to promote complete restfulness by letting go of physical, emotional and mental tension held within the body. It helps restore your sleep cycle and sleep quality.
Healing Soundscapes
Whether on its own or layered with the practices above, sound healing takes you to a deeper restorative state, activating your body’s innate capability to heal. Think of this as a sonic massage for your brain and your inner body.
