This session is about fixing a process, system, workflow or analyzing how to utilize an app better.
You outline your issues or what you want me to analyze, and we will work through how to optimize your processes.
We will look at what you are doing and come up with actionables right in the session to improve what you are doing. Yay us!
To make the most of our time together, you only need to complete a few simple tasks.
- Create a cloud folder (GDrive preferred, but you can use what you want), share it with me (calmwaters@calmwaters.ca), and set my access to editor/admin.
- Add a document with your process or app that you want to optimize—anything that will help drive results from our session.
- You can also add a video, which will really help us spend time fixing your issue rather than talking about it!
- Add your video conference link to our document. We will use yours so that you can control the recording and transcripts.
