Digital Fingerprinting - FBI Hardcopy Fingerprints (FD-258 form)

This service is for you if:
Option 1: You require a hard copy printout of your digitally captured fingerprints on an FBI card
- You'll leave your appointment with fingerprints on an FBI FD-258 card
OR
Option 2: You want us to submit an Identity History Summary Check application to the FBI on your behalf
- We will: Take your fingerprints, lodge your Identity History Summary Check with the FBI, and submit all required documents to them
- You will: Receive a digital and hardcopy Identity History Summary Check certificate once the process is complete
