Schedule professional and confidential group drug testing with Capitol Analytix. This service is available for employers, organizations, schools, staffing agencies, community programs and other groups with five or more participants.

Group rates begin at:

• 5-Panel Drug Test — $60 per person

• 10-Panel Drug Test — $70 per person

• 12-Panel Drug Test — $80 per person

• Pre-Employment Screening — $75 per person

Volume discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. Groups of 50 or more will receive a customized quote based on the number of participants, testing services, location, staffing and scheduling requirements.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve standard group appointments. Mobile and on-site appointments require a 40% non-refundable deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward the total balance.

Each participant must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any employer, court, program or chain-of-custody documents required for testing.
