There are coaches who talk about success. And there are those who have lived it, built it, lost it, rebuilt it, and spent two decades teaching others how to create it on their own terms. I am the latter.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience spanning investment banking, information technology, human resources, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship across Europe and Africa, I bring something most coaches cannot offer. A proven track record built not in theory but in boardrooms, business launches, university lecture halls, and one-on-one sessions with students and professionals who needed more than inspiration. They needed a system that works.

I hold a Master's degree from Grenoble École de Management, one of France's most prestigious business schools, and I am a certified investment securities professional. I am the founder of three companies including SMART-DIARY (NANSEL PRO) in France, Rêve Vista, and The Educator App in Ghana, and I have authored two published books on building successful careers and meaningful lives.

Universities in Ghana have invited me from France specifically to teach the principles I share in my programs because serious academic institutions recognise what many parents and professionals are only beginning to discover what I teach produces measurable, visible, and lasting results.

To date I have impacted over 30,000 students and professionals across two continents. I have written CVs that landed positions at Fortune 500 companies in Europe. I have helped entrepreneurs pitch businesses that secured real funding. I have built LinkedIn profiles that attracted international opportunities that permanently redirected careers. I mentor students from top business schools in France, guiding them through job searches, start-up launches, and career transitions across European markets. I consult businesses on sales optimisation, corporate branding, customer service transformation, and organisational growth. I do not teach what sounds impressive. I teach what I have personally done, repeatedly refined, and watched thousands of people successfully replicate.

My educational programs, UGuideChampions Kit, UGuideTeens Kit, UGuideYouth Kit and UGuideParents Kit, were born from a simple but deeply personal observation. Too many talented young Africans are graduating with qualifications but without clarity, choosing career paths based on parental pressure rather than personal purpose, and entering adult life without the foundational skills that determine long-term success. I created these programs to close that gap completely, delivering the structured guidance, academic strategy, career clarity, life skills, and entrepreneurial thinking that schools do not provide and that every young person genuinely deserves.

Every module I teach, from writing winning CVs to pitching a business idea, securing internships, mastering LinkedIn, building financial literacy, and navigating relationships, comes from real lived experience. I have done it. I have taught it. And I have watched thousands of people succeed because of it.
