In our stressful everyday lives, there is often little room to really connect with ourselves. This is exactly where individual coaching comes in: ‘Mindful Movement for Busy Women’ offers you four individualised coaching sessions that we tailor to your life and your needs.
Using elements of back fitness, yoga, Pilates and mindfulness, I will support you in learning gentle movement practices that will help you to reduce stress, arrive in the moment and reconnect with your body. No matter what level you start at - together we will find your way to greater serenity and well-being.
Each class starts with a short check-in: how are you feeling today, what does your body need? Do you need something to rest or do you want to push yourself?
On request, we can record the movement practice and you will receive the videos for lifelong use.
Treat yourself to this time out and find a better balance between work, family and yourself!
