Experience mindfulness first-hand and learn how to integrate it into your everyday life to reduce stress and find serenity. In this individual 1:1 coaching course, I will accompany you for four weeks on your path to more mindfulness.
Course content:
- Understanding and applying mindfulness: Learn what mindfulness is and how you can use it to consciously slow down in your everyday life.
- Stress management techniques: Learn basic mindfulness techniques to help you break through stress and negative thought spirals.
- Daily practice sessions: To consolidate what you have learnt, I recommend daily practice sessions of 10-20 minutes.
- Accompanying material: Receive audio instructions and worksheets to support you in your practice.
- Progress review: Weekly reflection on your experiences and progress to continuously improve your mindfulness practice.
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to sustainably integrate mindfulness into their everyday life in order to go through life more consciously and calmly.
