If you want to change or cancel the appointment you can do it up to 24 hours before the session. In case of cancellation you will be returned the amount paid in full. No changes or refunds can be made within 24 hours, as I will have reserved that time for your appointment. If you are going to be delayed, please let me know as soon as possible by messaging me on +44 (0)7748 366171. If you are later than 15 minutes without contacting me I will assume you're not going to make it and the session will be forfeited.
