Onboarding Confidence Audit

This is for companies, teams, or leaders responsible for developing early-career talent.
In this session, we assess where confidence, ownership, and self-trust are breaking down in your graduate or onboarding pipeline -and where that’s impacting performance, engagement, and retention.
You’ll leave with clear insights into gaps, risks, and opportunities, and whether a tailored onboarding or confidence program makes sense.
