Follow-up Consultation

During a follow-up, we examine any shifts that have come up for you after taking your formulas, alongside anything new that has emerged that you would like to focus on. Follow ups are 45 minutes to an hour.
Except in emergency situations, I request that you give no less than 24 hours’ notice in the event of cancellation, otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will apply. For missed appointments, the full fee applies. This allows others to book this time, and ensures the sustainability of my living.
