1) Service Desk Appointment is NOT for unlocking account / password reset
For account unlocking & password reset, DO NOT book for Service Desk appointment.
2) [IMPORTANT] Backup files to Google Drive
Please ensure you have backed up your files to your Google Drive before sending in your device for servicing. Data loss may occur during the repairing process by the contractor.
3) PLD Servicing
Only PLD procured via the school enhanced bundle deal are eligible for servicing and the fortnightly collection services provided by contractors.
Loaning of device due to loss of device or during the period of repair is on a first come first serve basis.
4) Loss of device
For loss of device, a police report MUST be made.
- A copy of the official police report MUST be submitted to the school for record purpose.
- The school must be informed IMMEDIATELY so that the school's DMA administrator can lock the device remotely.
