This session is a sacred one to one ceremony to help you let go of what's holding you back, refocus your energy, and get clear on what really matters to you. Through the use of ceremonial Cacao, crystals, journaling, shamanic journeying , oracle cards and Reiki, we create space for clarity, healing, and deep soul remembrance.

Ceremonial Cacao is a pure, minimally processed form of cacao that is nothing like the more processed chocolate you might be used to. It is used in rituals as a heart opening plant medicine.

Shamanic journeying is a guided inner journey, typically done to the steady beat of a drum, helping you enter a meditative state to receive insight, healing, and connection with your inner wisdom or spirit guides.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. It helps clear stagnant energy, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation and inner peace.

This is a 2 hour session.

Reiki can help with many things, it is a gentle, yet powerful energy treatment that works on all levels of your being. We will have a 15 minute consultation about what you want to gain from your session before getting a 45 minute Reiki treatment. Sessions are held at Healthcraft, Lerwick
