It's estimated that as much as 75% of the population struggles with a fear of public speaking and/or presentations. “There are two types of speakers: Those who get nervous and those who are liars.” – Mark Twain.

 

If your role requires you to present to 1 or 1,000 people, the fear and anxiety can paralyze you and cause unnecessary stress. Through this training, you will become more confident and relaxed in front of an audience to communicate your important ideas.
