Once you are a client, outside of your scheduled coaching sessions, you will have access to me via clarity calls. These are 30 minute phone sessions you can utilize for venting, asking questions for clarity or even to help you think through a decision or circumstance. I AM HERE FOR YOU.
60 Minute (BASIC) Detox From Toxicity (CURRENT CLIENTS Scheduling Link)
DETOX FROM TOXICITY (6 WEEK COMMITMENT) Is a 6 Week Intensive Coaching Program. It is client centered meaning the sessions are catered to the goals you specifically want to work on. I teach you practical tools and provide resources to help you move into action to detox from toxicity and/or toxic relationships, reclaiming your power back and attracting/cultivating healthy relationships.

60 Minute (SIGNATURE) Relational Detox
RELATIONAL DETOX is my Signature Coaching Program. (3 MONTH COMMITMENT) These sessions will involve liberation and inner soul work to heal the traumatized, wounded inner child. I will teach you practical tools to rid yourself from the side effects of long term toxicity. Helping you liberate yourself from the root of toxicity to move forward to wholeness.

This is my 6 WEEK INTENSIVE for COUPLES. While couples counseling focuses on what happened in the past and can result in digging up baggage.... As your coach I will focus on what's happening in the present moment. My goal is to help you move forward in UNITY by teaching you coping skills to manage communication, intimacy issues and shift negative thinking patterns.
