Coach Lacey is a Multidisciplinary Holistic Wellness and Movement Expert with nearly 2 decades of experience. As an acclaimed international and national West Coast Swing competitor & instructor and an experienced multi-dance DJ, she's fueled dance events & communities across the U.S. Lacey empowers transformative change through science-backed strategies & an understanding of human behavior in relation to life, health, & movement.

In addition to having over 50 certifications and licenses in a variety of modalities within health, wellness, mindset, and fitness, Coach Lacey also has a background in teaching Ballroom, Country, East Coast Swing, Jitterbug, Lindy Hop, Shag, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Kizomba, Brazilian Zouk, Blues and Fusion. She's also trained through WCS Judges Programs with SwingDiversity University (Andy Bouman & Kelly Casanova), Robert Royston, and Debbie Figueroa.
