Join us for this classic 2hr ceremony of breath, connection, therapeutic touch, and renewal!
This January we will gather with the intention of supporting ourselves and each other through navigating this wild ride on planet earth as a human being in uncertain times. Taking this time to connect with our breath, in this community circle, we will build our resiliency and help reconnect us with the stability and presence that is within us at all times.

What to bring!
- yoga mat or camping mat - something that will allow you to lie comfortably on the floor for about 50min
- wear layers - body temperature can shift a lot, and the room can sometimes be cool. Making sure you have what you need to feel warm and cozy, but also being able to remove layers will ensure a more comfortable experience.
- pillow for under your knees, blankets for covering up and perhaps a small one to fold for under your neck or head
- please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in. pajamas are totally welcome
- a non-breakable water bottle
- eye mask or eye pillow
- ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound, or would just prefer a more "cocooned" experience

WARRIOR REST AND RESET: A WORKSHOP FOR MEN
Join Robin and other men as we reboot, and relax our systems to prepare our body, minds and soul for the darkness of the winter months.
Connect with other men, clear out the stagnant energies, and work with the elemental forces of fire, air, water and earth to reconnect to your purpose, yourself and other men.
Are you looking for more meaning in your life?
Do you feel stuck?
Is life moving by you as you chase your never ending to-do list down?
Maybe you are looking for deeper connection and just need a pause… if that is the case, take some time for you, and ultimately all those around you that you support as a man. Recharge, Reset and Renew.
Together we will connect authentically by the fire, you will be guided and supported through a breathwork journey, and we will cycle through the sauna and cold plunge thermal experience for a powerful afternoon of rest and rejuvenation for the heart, mind and immune system!
We’ve been collaborating with the wonderful folks at Agape Gardens over the last year because the space they have created is potent and magical. So join me in an idyllic setting, with other fine men as we rest and reset so we can support one another in becoming the men we want to be.

The Presencing Journey - A Community Experience
The Presencing Journey - A Community Experience
This transformative 11-week workshop invites participants to move through 'The Presence Process' by Michael Brown in a supportive community setting. Guided by facilitators Robin and Erica, the experience blends daily breathwork, present-moment awareness practices, and gentle shadow work to explore deeper layers of healing.
Participants will receive:
• Support to navigate the process.
• Weekly group calls for reflection, accountability, and community connection.
• Guided facilitation to help overcome resistance and deepen self-awareness.
• Tools for integrating daily practices with the support of the group.
Through collective intention, participants will cultivate the discipline to show up for themselves while being held in a nurturing space of shared growth. Together, we’ll align with the present moment to uncover healing and empowerment.
Our calls will begin on Tuesday January 14th at 7:30pm
Calls will continue weekly on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm and run for 60-90mins
We conclude around the Spring Equinox (March 25th) with some deep winter work under our belts!
