Heartbeat: A Valentine’s Day Conscious Connected Breathwork Event - February 14th 7PM - 9PM
By Donation
Join us on Valentine’s Day for Heartbeat, a special evening of connection and self-discovery through Conscious Connected Breathwork. Open to the community on a donation basis—no contribution is too small—this event is an invitation to deepen your relationship with your heart.
Make it a date night with a partner, a cherished friend, or a love letter to yourself. Through the rhythm of your breath and the pulse of your heart, explore how they mirror life’s flow and connection. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to honor love in all its forms.
Reserve your spot and reconnect to the heartbeat of life.
Please etransfer your donation to connect@conches.ca or bring cash the day of the event!
*Photos and video will be taken during this event. We will do our best to not film people's faces, but please talk to us upon arrival if this is an issue for you.
