Great Saturday! April 19th - Breathwork & Outdoor Thermal Experience
Celebrating Springtime renewal and our vital life force through breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, connection with nature and each other.
This will be a sweet afternoon to clear, cleanse and connect in the beautiful outdoors. A nice respite before family dinners, and maybe a new opportunity to connect with visiting friends and family in a fun out of the ordinary experience. Or just make it a nourishing part of your long weekend!

Join us for this classic 2hr ceremony of breath, connection, therapeutic touch, and renewal!

*the set price for this event is $44 which we feel is excellent value.
However we do not want price to be a barrier. If you are not currently able to pay the set price, we do hold a number of spaces open for sliding scale reciprocity. Please email us at connect@conches.ca to discuss this option. Same if you would prefer to avoid paypal and pay with cash or through etransfer - email us.

What to bring!
- the space has yoga mats, blankets and bolsters, but please feel free to bring any or more of these things to ensure your comfort. You will be lying on the floor for about 50min.
- please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move around in. pajamas are totally welcome
- a non-breakable water bottle
- eye mask or eye pillow
- ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound or would just prefer a more "cocooned" experience
