Select your preferred meeting type and duration below. I offer 45-minute and 75-minute sessions. Longer meetings will be split across two separate days.

Formats & locations.

Virtual Meetings: Conducted via Google Meet. A secure link will be included in your confirmation email. AI meeting notes are captured during virtual sessions for internal studio use only.

In-Person Meetings: Available at your property or a trade showroom within Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Sea-to-Sky, and the Nicola Valley. Please provide the meeting address when booking. A 60-minute travel window is padded before and after your session and billed at our reduced travel rate.

Important booking details.

Adding Guests: After selecting "Request Booking," you can add up to 3 additional guests on the following screen. For larger groups, please forward your calendar invitation directly.

Confirmations & Reminders: You will instantly receive an email calendar invitation, which I will personally review and confirm during active studio hours. Automated reminders will be sent 2 days and 14 minutes prior to our start time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can autonomously change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed meetings are chargeable at the hourly rate outlined in your design agreement.
