Virtual Meetings are conducted seamlessly via Google Meet.
In-person Design Meetings take place directly at your property or at a showroom in Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Sea-to-Sky Region, and the Nicola Valley. Simply provide the address of the property, showroom, or coffee shop where we will be meeting. A travel fee applies to in-person meetings in both directions.
How it Works:
Select the booking type to proceed to selecting the meeting date and time. The calendar is synchronized to my calendar and will include padded time in-front or behind for travel, when applicable.
Include your agenda items with bullet points or simple descriptions.
My schedule is dynamic and moves frequently. As such, I will review and approve the booking to ensure I do not have other conflicts.
Upon booking, you will instantly receive a calendar invitation (Your booking calendar will automatically adjust to display your local timezone). I will review and confirm your booking during posted business hours. Virtual meetings will include a secure link to our video room. You'll also receive one email reminder 2 days before.
Adding Guests:
Once you select "Request Booking", the next screen will allow you to add up to 3 additional guests. For more than 4 guests, please share your own calendar invite with them.
