This is an introductory program to stress and how you can address the stress you experience - particularly the stress at work. We'll introduce you to how your brain works/is triggered and explore some key concepts and tools you can use to feel more able and at ease.
While a certain amount of stress is inherent in life today - with the right thinking and response many triggers can be minimised or isolated as we do other workplace hazards, and much of what triggers us is best addressed by learning to process events and situations differently. in this introductory workshop we'll explore how one can manage stress by mastering mindset - and create change and ease from the inside out.
Graduates of this1/2 day program are also eligible to attend the more detailed, in depth (2 day) 'Keys to Success' program in March. In Keys to Success we'll further explore these tools and what is possible when you master mindset and harness the power of your unconscious to build stronger relationships & tap into your motivation, clarity and confidence.
