Individual session: Weekly Meal Prep and Planning

The goal of this individual meal prep and planning session will help you create a simple meal planner consisting of your favorite meals to eat or make for the week that works for you no matter your diet or lifestyle.
In this session we will discuss, plan and write down what meals you would like to prepare for the week. If you have a recommended diet protocol, have dietary restrictions, on a fitness transformation or want to try out new recipes every week, your new meal planner will help you stay focussed, achieve your goals and reclaim time so that you are not cooking everyday of the week, which can be exhausting.
