Individual session: Biweekly Meal Prep and Planning
The goal of this individual meal prep and planning session will help you create a simple meal planner consisting of your favorite meals to eat or make for a period of 2 weeks that works for you no matter your diet or lifestyle.
In this session we will discuss, plan and write down what meals you would like to prepare for 2 weeks. If you have a recommended diet protocol, have dietary restrictions, on a fitness transformation or want to try out new recipes every week or 2 weeks, your new meal planner will help you stay focussed, achieve your goals and reclaim time so that you are not cooking everyday of the week, which can be exhausting.
