Can you fix my issue in 1 hour? Most of the time, I can get pretty close. If not, I can usually point you in the right direction to solve it yourself or at least come up with a plan on how to diagnose it.

What if I need you to fix it? If we can't get it done in the hour I can send you a quote for a fixed price. As the expert I should be able to quote you a fixed price so you get clarity on how much it will cost. If you have already paid for an hour and I wasn't able to completely fix your issue, I will discount the quote by the amount you have already paid.

What if I need more than an hour? You can book up to 5 1-hour bookings at a time. They can be on the same day, week, or month—whenever you need. If you need more time, just book the hours as close together as you can. This is also useful if you want to regularly book one hour per week with me to work through a larger problem or if you want some coaching or on going support at a specific time.

It is really urgent. Can you help ASAP? I am in Australia, so depending on where you are, I might be asleep! However, book the earliest time you can and in the notes write it is urgent. When I see it, I will get in touch and see if we can go as early as possible. If that is too slow, send me an email, and I will refund the amount you paid.
