25 Minute Automation Discovery

This is a 25 minute automation discovery call. This time is for us to get to know each other, and identify if there is alignment where we can work together.
I have run an automation agency for 10+ years called That Automation Agency, and we are Zapier Certified Experts, among other certifications!
This 25 minutes is used to further our understanding of each other:
- Learn what your business does, and understand any specific problem that you have in zapier
- Give an outline of what automations might be able to be built for your business to save you time
- Speaking through a high level roadmap for your end goal, enabling you to step out of your business or reduce the time you spend in your business
- If suitable I will provide you verbal examples of the automations that we have built for our clients
- I might need to go away to provide a quote for you, but can talk through the different options we have to work together on the call and rough pricing
I am a certified Zapier Expert, Certified Microsoft Power Platform professional, and have saved clients millions of minutes through our automations. I am also an Operating Partner with experience running a business, so my expertise extends beyond just automation to include sales, marketing, strategy, technology, data/AI/insights, implementation, and change management. Can you fix my issue in 25 minutes? No, this meeting is not about fixing your issue live on the call. This is a discovery call. If you want it to be fixed please book our 1 hour paid automation consulting call
What if I need you to fix it? During the call we can discuss our different options for fixing your issue. There is not one hard and fast rule it really depends on the kind of help you need plus where you are at in your business. I offer fractional Chief Operations Officer (or whatever you want to call it) services with a few different pricing models. Should have enough options to cater to most situations but reach out to discuss.
- Retainer: Set number of hours per month on an ongoing basis (3+ months)
- Hourly Pack: Prepaid hours to use whenever you need them
- Fractional: A set number of days per week for a day rate rather than hourly
- Fixed Price: Detailed scope to be completed and then a fixed price quote to fix that specific issue or build that specific workflow.
It is really urgent. Can you help ASAP? I am in Australia, so depending on where you are, I might be asleep!
